2. Data we collect

We collect the data you voluntarily provide by completing the subscription form (first name, last name and email address), together with technical data generated by your browsing on the site (IP address, device type, operating system, pages visited and date/time).

3. Purpose of the processing

The data is processed to: send you communications about new projects and content related to real estate crowdlending; respond to enquiries; comply with legal and accounting obligations; carry out aggregate statistical analysis of the use of the site; prevent fraud and ensure the security of the platform.

4. Legal basis

The processing is based on your consent (Argentine Personal Data Protection Act No. 25,326), the performance of a pre-contractual or contractual relationship, compliance with applicable legal obligations and the legitimate interest of Azymeroviq S.A. in improving its services.
